Refund and Return Policy

 

We are committed to providing you and your pet with a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please refer to the following policy.

 

I. Scope of Application

 

This policy applies to all products purchased from the Beechc official website and officially authorized channels.

 

II. Refund and Return Conditions

 

Eligible Situations:

 

Wrong/Missing Item: The product you received does not match your order or is missing.

 

Product Quality Issues: The product was damaged, spoiled, or unusable upon receipt (excluding unpleasant odors due to palatability).

 

Transportation Damage: The product was severely damaged during delivery (please check the outer packaging upon signing; refuse delivery if damage is found).

 

Inapplicable Situations:

 

Palatability issues due to individual product differences (e.g., unpleasant odor).

 

Personal subjective reasons not related to quality issues (e.g., dislike of color, incorrect size [if selling clothing], dislike of playing with the product [if selling toys]).

 

Consumable items have been opened and used beyond reasonable limits, affecting resale. III. Process and Timeframe

 

Contact Customer Service: Please contact us via email/online customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods, providing your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or video evidence.

 

Review and Feedback: Our customer service will review your application and provide a solution within 1-3 business days.

 

Return and Shipment: After approval, please return the goods to the address provided by customer service within 3 days (please keep the original sales packaging and all accessories intact).

 

Refund Processing: After receiving and confirming the returned goods are correct, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

 

IV. Special Notes

 

Refund Amount: The refund will be the actual amount paid for the goods; shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our fault, such as wrong shipment or quality issues, in which case we will bear the return shipping costs).

 

Refund Method

 

Please send an email to services@beechc.com before returning the goods.

 

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange the return (Beechc will not cover return shipping costs if the item is defective). You will receive a refund via the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
