Shipping Policy

 

1. Which shipping company do we use? Beechc typically uses UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. for shipping.

 

2. How much is the shipping cost? Beechc offers free shipping.

 

3. How long will it take to receive my order? After your order is shipped, it will arrive within 7-30 business days, sometimes even longer. During holidays, international customers may experience delays and longer transit times.

 

4. How can I track my order?

 

After your order is shipped, Beechc will send you an email with relevant information. You can then track your package's delivery information with the logistics company.

 

5. When will my order be completed (packed and ready to ship)? Beechc promises to ship within 7 days.

 

6. Can I expedit my order? Please contact services@beechc.com and provide your address. We will try our best to arrange expedited shipping and inform you of the additional cost. We cannot guarantee this, but we will do our best to take care of our community!

 

7. Can I cancel my order?

 

If you wish to cancel a recurring order, we need to notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can attempt to stop the order. Please send your request to services@beechc.com. If the order has not yet been **processed** (i.e., not yet charged to your card) or shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify your order, but we cannot guarantee success. If your card has already been charged and you then attempt to cancel the order, it is likely that you will not be able to stop or cancel the order in time.

 

If the goods have already been shipped (i.e., have a tracking number), we cannot stop or modify them, but if you wish, we would be happy to assist you with a return and refund or exchange. Please send your application to services@beechc.com to obtain a refund number and return address.

 

*Please note that according to our return policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.*

 

8. Who is responsible for customs duties and VAT?

 

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is used in all countries.

 

Please note that after receiving the tracking number, please keep an eye on your package. If the post office attempts to deliver but fails to deliver the package, resulting in its return, you will be responsible for the postage cost of resending the order.
